Hello, I’m Tharvs, the founder of Spinge, and probably just like you I have never been stoked about doing the dishes to put it lightly. I would rather have spent time and money or rather just not eat than to cook so I wouldn’t have to do the dishes after. My sophomore year of college I was sitting in the kitchen of my college apartment and looking at the heap of dishes sitting in my sink. Half of them were pots and pans that would not fit or would get ruined in the dishwasher. I thought since there are electric toothbrushes, why dont I just make an electric sponge, which led to the birth of Spinge. The Spinge was created mainly for larger cookware which either couldn’t fit in the dishwasher or would deteriorate in the dishwasher, as well for a quick scrub on dinnerware such as plates and bowls.
